World War, 1939-1945. United States. Posters.
An unusually "fun" WW II propaganda poster, showing greenish caricatures of a "Jap" and Hitler whispering in the ear of an American, telling obvious political lies to stir racial and religious unrest.

During the Second World War,a wide range of interest groups commissioned poster in the war effort. This image was commissioned by the Veterans of Foreign Wars and warned the population to be aware of the efforts of our enemies to create animosity and dissension among Americans at home. It is a strong image created in the interest of protecting the domestic population.
