Ribet Desjardins: A very well-known and successful French manufacturer of professional electronics equipment, radios and televisions. Founded in 1922. Because of the rise and strong competition from the Far east, they merged with other French companies in 1967 such as Unic. This renowned brand finally disappeared from the scene in 1971.
