A French military soldier riding on the back of a rabbit. Maybe this rabbit and soldier are on their way to see Alice in Wonderland. It appears that the soldier has a pair of wings attached to his back helping them run or fly faster.
Rare small format. This original is presented in a 16/x20 acid-free folder.
This is the entire cover and magazine as well. It was be removed for the presentation folder to see the additional designs inside. But most important is the fact that Leonetto Cappiello created this fabulous design.
