Original, Hand signed 2014 Monterey Jazz Festival original serigraph. Hand printed by the artist. This long narrow original print features a tuba sitting on a chair with an electric guitar resting on the back of the chair. A large hair pick with a cross like emblem is resting on what would be the hair of one of the performers. Excellent quality and condition. This will be the last of the Monterey Jazz Festival posters by Newman.
Newman's original posters for the Montery Jazz festival span the time frame from 1963 - 2014; each one hand printed in the artist's home in the full size 23" x 35" size. The artist created the famous Monterrey Jazz serigraphs for 50 years. Note that the 50th anniversary of the Monterey Jazz Festival was 2007.
