Original, linen-backed and in excellent condition. The purchase comes with a certificate of authenticity. Issued by the Director of Public Information, Ottawa. Under the authority of the Minister of National War Services. Printed in Canada.
The image features 3 military men talking with a giant ear of what would be Hitler listening into their conversation. Careless talk, including spreading rumors, could be helpful to the enemy and compromise national security and the safety of Armed Forces members. The theme of Loose Lips Sink Ships was a standard message in World War II vintage posters.
