His specialty as a poster designer began in 1947 , appearing in competitions where he was awarded numerous times for his good gimmicky work, capturing the feeling of the customs of Córdoba both at Easter, the May Fair and pilgrimages of Santo Domingo and the Virgen de Linares. . He also made posters for the famous fair booth "Sobre la Marcha" in the fifties. He also won prizes in Cádiz, Seville, Almería, Toledo, Ávila and other places in the extensive Spanish geography.

Interview in 1960's=1970;s:
—Your posters, Mr. Anaya, have proclaimed the main festivals in Spain. What requirements must a good poster meet?
—In the first place that it has a good composition and then that the color is careful so that it is a real cry that attracts the admiration of those who contemplate it. I also consider it essential that it rhyme with the customs of the party that is going to be announced. When I appear in Salamanca, Avila or Murcia I have the habit of setting myself up for the reason that the poster has, it is perfectly adapted to the peculiarity of the party that it announces. Otherwise, there cannot be that necessary harmony since I make a production on a whim, I can get a good poster, but never something that is the call and the accompaniment of what is intended to be praised.
