Original "Silicon Valley" vintage poster. Fun Map.

This is a rare, original Silicon Valley poster, printed by Pacific Ventures in 1984. The poster features a fun map of Silicon Valley, with all of the famous tech companies marked on it. It's a perfect piece of history for any Bay Area resident or fan of Silicon Valley. This vintage poster is a take-off of Saul Steinberg’s “View of the World from 9th Avenue” which appeared on the cover of the New Yorker in March 1976.
Depicting a fun map of Silicon Valley, the image shows famous Silicon Valley companies on a map from I-280 stretching to US 10, San Francisco Bay, and the Pacific Ocean. The fun part of having Japan on the horizon and Canada and Mexico attached in corners of the image.
The poster is linen-backed and in very good condition. It would make the perfect addition to any home or office and would be a great conversation starter for anyone interested in the history of Silicon Valley. A 3/8” tear on the white bottom border was repaired during linen backing.
