The Ferrand & Renaud pasta company started off as first being called the Ferrand company. They are one of the pasta companies that was in Lyons, France, in 1878 when the French of this region began replacing Italian producers of pasta. This was due to their apparent superior quality.

This perticular image by Cappiello features a blonde ballerina, whose tutu is made of wheat stocks, which shows the nutrious and bountiful grain that Déclices Ferrand & Renaud pasta is made of.
