Very rare original cartone (in store display) 'SPONTEX" LAVE MIEUX - ESSUIE MIEUX. This is our only small format cartone that we have ever found by Robys; and it is also his earlies piece of artwork that we have by this artist. The imge of a genie holding a dripping sponge over his head as water rains down on him. With a black top and medium dark blue background this red and light blue toned genie is jumping into the air over the wording below. This is an ad for Spontex, a manufacturer of artificial sponges for the households For all serious Robys collectors; this is a gem not to be missed. Presented in a 16 x 20" acid free matt for protection and shipping.
