Guy Georget is a master of evolution and adaptation, always sculpting the subjects of his travel posters to the leading aesthetic of the era. In the Near-East of the late '50s and early '60s, traditional cultures were adapting to the rapid growth of their national petrochemical industries; Georget mixes collage-like forms with distressed paint.
