Original. Linen backed. A lovely poster from Clerice Freres. Other works we have seen from the same artist often show several characters per scene. This one is unique in that a single, beautiful woman holds the viewer's attention. She is framed by a window within the poster, yet the bottle of Cognac Champagne she holds dips outside this inner border. |
