Written on the poster is "Bal du Moulin Rouge" and "femmes, femmes, femmes . . .". By the incredible Gruau, a stunning blonde with short cropped hair wears black tights and black stilettos. Her ensemble is completed by a top hat, and literal tails. Her plume is made of black feathers, and she happens to also dawn a black bow tie, and gloves, which are perch on a long black cane.
