Notes   A linen backed original travel poster "Almeria". The bows of boats makes up this bright and vibrant poster for the boat festival in Almeria, Spain. The name Ameria comes from the word 'mirror' comparing it to "The Mirror of the Sea". Almeria province lies on the eastern edge of Andalucia, surrounded by the provinces of Granada, Murcia and Malaga. It's one of the sunniest places in Spain. It gets over 3,000 hours of sunshine a year and has the greatest number of cloudless days in the whole country.
The city sits on a very dry area and was where several of the old spagetti westerns were filmed.
