This is a rare and interesting piece for both it's age and condition. What is intriguing about this poster is that in the background of this piece is the shadow of The Minuteman, which was used quite frequently in posters produced during the first two years of WWII. This war bond piece as it was termed was produced by the U.S. Government Priniting Office: 1942--0-488198. It features the the words at the top:
She's Ready, Too
and at the bottom it reads:
