This poster was created for the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta. Against a 4-color background, we see a man's head and torso in white, with gray stars crossing his body. The poster is in excellent condition, and it is mounted on linen. The surface is slightly glossy. Certificate of Authenticity.
The Olympic Logo was designed in 1913 by Pierre de Coubertin, founder of the modern Olympic Games. The vie rings symbolize the continents united through sportsmanship and friendly, fair competition. |
