Linen backed original antique 1927 cover created by Sepo for "La Rumeur". A very bright and fun image of a hand holding a writing quill in front of a clock displaying Roman numerals. The director of La Rumeur was Georges Anquetil in Paris, France. With one finger pointing to 12 o'clock. Excellent condition.
