Employment Service or your local county agent." This vintage poster from 1943 features the farmer with a pitch form standing by his wife. She hold a basket with veggies from their farm garden. This is similar to the World War 1 poster for Plant a Victory Garden to make sure you had sufficient food for the winter time.
