Rare original Howard chandler Chrity's 1918 "Patriotic League" authentic World War 1 lithographic poster. Linen backed and in excellent condition. This Christy girl is standing behind the U. S. Flag draped onto your shoulders. The box in the bottom reads:
"I pledge to express my patriotism by doing a better than ever before whatever work I have to do; by rendering whatever special service I ca to my community and country; by living up to the highest standards of character and honor and helping other to do the same." |
