Zizi Jeanmarie was married to Roland Petit, who had purchased the Casino de Paris. He produced this show, which was the last great Parisian Music-Hall production, with songs written by Serge Gainsbourg, costumes by Erte, Yves Saint-Laurent and Vasarely. Lagarrigue, an important French illustrator was co-art director of Esquire at the time he designed this poster. |
